Ingredients:
- 1/2 purple cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
- Wash the cabbage until the purple juice flows.
- Chop the cabbages into julians.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
- Grate the garlic.
- Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and olive oil and mix all the ingredients.
