Purple Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 purple cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage until the purple juice flows.
  2. Chop the cabbages into julians.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Grate the garlic.
  5. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and olive oil and mix all the ingredients.

Enjoy your meal.
