Mushroom Sautes


  • 800 g mushrooms
  • 4 sned fresh onions
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • Olive oil

Wash the mushrooms and peel their upper shells. Slice in strips from the top of the fungus to the stem to form the classic mushroom shape. Put the mushrooms in an empty saucepan and cook over medium heat. The fungus will release the water, wait for it to pull without any intervention.

Then add the olive oil and finely chopped fresh onions. After the onions are cooked, add the spices and cook over low heat for another 2-3 minutes.

You can decorate the serving plate with lemon wedges.
