Sea Cucumber Salad


  • 1 bunch of sea berfish
  • 3 cloves garlic

For the sauce;

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Half a teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil

Sea berfish are spinach. It is a salty plant that does not require you to add extra salt. It has thin hairs in it. These hairs need to be extracted. Extraction must be done after boiling sea berfish.

First, wash the sea berfish thoroughly. For boiling, put the cleaned sea berfish in the water you have already boiled. Add 3 cloves of peeled garlic.

Sea berfish is boiled in a short time. Check in 10 minutes. When you pull it down from the handle, if the hair leaves with it in your hand, it's cooked enough. Remove from the stove and drain the water, then extract all the berlers in the same way.

In sauce, mix well 3 cloves of garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a separate bowl, chopped tiny respectively. After serving the sea berfish on the plate, add the sauce by walking it over the salad.
