Marble Meatballs


1/2 kilo fatty ground beef

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp thyme

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin

Grating the onion and draining the water. Grat the yellow. Take the ingredients that you grate in the coarse where you will knead the meatballs. Add the mince meat. Pour all the spices on top and knead. When your meatballs are solid and have all the consistency, end the kneading process.

Shape up with a tiny little round in your hand. Index to the plate or a coarse so that it does not overlap. For best results, leave it in the fridge for 1 day with its mouth closed or stretched. Fry your meatballs in hot oil.
