Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp sage
1 tsp butter
Peel and chop the shells of tomatoes. Melt the butter in the sauce pan and add the tomatoes on top. After starting to simmer, cut the gold and add the spices. Close the lid and cook for another 20 minutes over low fire.
You can serve your sauce with pasta and meatballs.
