Ingredients:
- 4 yellow apples
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup battered walnuts
- 100 gr. cream
Preparation:
- Wash the apples. Cut the apple into four equal pieces with its shells.
- Remove the part where the cores are located in each part.
Cooking:
- Place the apples in the pan.
- Add granulated sugar and cook over medium heat until tender.
- Leave to cool at room temperature.
- Add cinnamon and walnuts to the apples.
- You can serve your dessert with the cream.
