Creamy & Walnut Yellow Apple Dessert


  • 4 yellow apples
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup battered walnuts
  • 100 gr. cream


  1. Wash the apples. Cut the apple into four equal pieces with its shells.
  2. Remove the part where the cores are located in each part.


  1. Place the apples in the pan.
  2. Add granulated sugar and cook over medium heat until tender.
  3. Leave to cool at room temperature.
  4. Add cinnamon and walnuts to the apples.
  5. You can serve your dessert with the cream.
