Perch Capers

Ingredients:

  • Caper
  • Sea bass Fillet
  • Lemon
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Hollandez Sauce

Make a sauce consisting of olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and thin lemon weddles. Marinate the sea bass in this sauce. The duration of marinating in fillet fish should not be long. 6-7 minutes will suffice. Take your fish to the baking tray with tongs. Set the oven to 180 °C and cook your fish for 20-25 minutes.

For service, you can use caper powder and Hollandez sauce. To obtain caper powder, you can powder the capers after cooking them in a 180 °C oven for 1 hour.
