Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 1 pot of pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet pepper sauce
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tsp pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 600 ml cold water
- Optional 1 tsp butter
- Optional 1 tablespoon pomegranate sour
First, cut the lemon in half. Prepare the juice of the lemon with half. Thinly slice the other half. We'll use the lemons last.
Pour the olive oil into the saucepan where you heat it. You need to roast all the ingredients we're going to add until we close the lid. First, throw in the onion and garlic. When the onions are roasted, add the tomato, pepper, pumpkin and continue roasting, respectively. When your food is in the consistency of mortar, add tomatoes, salt, sugar, water, lemon wedges and lemon juice and close the lid of the pot. Cook over medium fire for 30 minutes on a small stove.
Finally, add mint and pepper flakes and you can add butter and pomegranate sour at this optional stage.
