Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch dill
- 2 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- White cheese
- 1 tsp butter
Beat very well by adding salt to the egg. Add the dill and green onion you chopped on top and mix.
Put the butter in the pan you previously heated. When the oil is hot, pour out your mixture. Add the white cheese you crumble on top and close the lid of the pan. Cook over a low fire for 20 minutes.
