Ingredients:

1/2 kilo calf nuar

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp paprika

1 cup broth or water

Mix all of the spices in a bowl and cover both sides of the meat with this mixture. Put the meat in an oven bowl with a lid on the mouth.
