Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 liter of broth or water
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
Cooking:
- Heat the pan over a low heat and add the oil.
- Once the oil is browned, add the flour and roast for 1 minute.
- Add the paste and roast for another 1 minute.
- Add the broth and cook, stirring for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the stove. Smooth with the blender.
