Tomato Paste Soup


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 liter of broth or water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Heat the pan over a low heat and add the oil.
  2. Once the oil is browned, add the flour and roast for 1 minute.
  3. Add the paste and roast for another 1 minute.
  4. Add the broth and cook, stirring for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn off the stove. Smooth with the blender.
